A 14,000-Mile Odyssey in the Wake of History.

On July 4th, 2026, we casts off from Trondheim, beginning a one year journey that spans hemispheres, cultures, and seasons. This is more than a delivery; it is a deliberate exploration of the world’s most legendary coastlines at the honest pace of the wind.

From the deep fjords of Norway to the rugged cliffs of the Celtic coast, this is a journey following the ancient wake of the Vikings. We navigate south along the Iberian Peninsula with stopovers in La Coruña, Porto and Lisbon, before turning toward the mouth of the Strait of Gibraltar.

After a stay in vibrant Casablanca, we head westbound for Madeira and the Canary Islands, then southbound for Cape Verde to catch the Trade Winds for the vast Atlantic crossing. By Christmas, the salt-spray of the open ocean gives way to the turquoise waters of the West Indies. We’ll spend the holidays island-hopping through the Antilles, before charting a course into the Gulf of Mexico to explore the ancient gateway of the Yucatán.

The North Atlantic Return. The journey home is a classic blue-water transit. From Bahamas we navigate the Gulf Stream north to the remote outpost of Bermuda, catching the prevailing westerlies toward the rugged, pine-fringed coasts of Nova Scotia.

This long leap back across the Atlantic brings us to the volcanic peaks of the Azores—the traditional crossroads for many sailors returning to Europe. From there, we make landfall in Brest, France, before threading through the English Channel to the historic canals of Amsterdam.

The Final Miles. The closing chapter sees us crossing the North Sea to Esbjerg, rounding the southern tip of Norway at Lindesnes, and following the familiar, rocky coastline back to our home berths. Mission Completed.
